Community and Vocational School Cooperation, the Sharing and Exhibition Activity of Community Residents’ Training Results the International Day of Education 2022--the Seventh Series of activities of "Changing course, transforming Education"
（通讯员 陈靖 陈朝云 孙茜雯 罗小玲）“少儿好学，如日出之阳；壮而好学，如日中之光；老而好学，如秉烛之明。” 学习没有界限，人人皆学，处处能学，时时可学。武汉市洪山区教育局、武汉市洪山区社区教育学院携手武汉市供销商业学校打造继续教育基地，在张家湾街道开展了居民的烘焙技艺培训、化妆基础培训、新媒体电商直播实战培训。经过一个多月的筹备，近两个月的培训，三个培训项目已经全部圆满结业。
"A young child is eager to learn, like the sun rising in the morning; a strong man is eager to learn, like the light of the sun; an old man is eager to learn, like the light of a candle." Learning has no boundaries. Anyone can learn, anywhere, and at any time. Wuhan Hongshan District Education Bureau and Wuhan Hongshan Community Education College have joined hands with Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School to build a continuing education base, which has carried out baking skills training, personal image management training and new media e-commerce live broadcast training for residents in Zhangjiawan Street. After more than a month of preparation and nearly two months of training, all three training programs have been successfully completed.
2022年1月17日，社校共建培训成果分享展示活动在武汉市供销商业学校隆重举行。武汉市洪山区教育局、武汉市洪山区社区教育学院、张家湾街文体站、金色城市社区、老年大学、武汉市供销商业学校相关领导、培训老师以及各位社区学员参加了分享活动。
On January 17, 2022, the sharing and exhibition activity of the training results was held in Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School. Leaders, instructors and community trainees from Wuhan Hongshan District Education Bureau, Wuhan Hongshan Community Education College, Zhangjiawan Recreation and Sports Station, Golden City Community, University for the aged and Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School participated in the sharing activity.
活动中，大家品尝着喷香的西点，欣赏着精致的彩妆，感受着凝结着智慧与汗水的培训成果，分享着收获的喜悦。学员徐欣用朴实的语言向大家讲述了培训的经历和收获；烘焙老师邱迁说，烘焙是一个自带温度的词语，它是一种生活技能更是一种治愈心灵的方式，保持热爱，多动手，勤动脑，善于总结，乐于实践，人人都会将平凡的生活点缀得繁花似锦。活动中学员们自发向周甜甜和邱迁两位指导老师送上鲜花，洪山区教育局领导为两位老师颁发了聘书，各位学员也顺利取得了结业证书。
During the activity, everyone tasted the fragrant western pastry which made by themselves, appreciated the exquisite makeup, felt the training results condensed with wisdom and sweat, and shared the joy of harvest. Xu Xin, one of the trainees, told us about her training experience and harvest in plain language. Qiu Qian, the baking instructor, said that baking is a word with its own temperature. It is a life skill and also a way to heal the soul. To keep loving, be diligent, be good at summarizing and willing to practice, everyone will decorate the ordinary life with flowers. During the activity, the trainees spontaneously presented flowers to the two instructors--Zhou Tiantian and Qiu Qian, and the leaders of the Education Bureau of Hongshan District issued letters of appointment to the two teachers. The students also successfully obtained the certificate of completion.
张莹珺副校长在分享中指出，对居民们的教学与实训，教会了居民找准自身优势，放大个人优点，展现自身魅力，从而更加自信从容地工作生活。“变课程，变教育”将职业教育、社区教育、中老年教育有机融合、优势互补，形成三位一体的创新发展模式。让经济社会发展的成果更大程度的惠及中老年群体，积极应对人口老龄化，构建养老、孝老、敬老政策体系和社会环境，做好充分准备，为建设具有武汉区域特色的学习型城市贡献力量。
Zhang Yingjun, the vice-principal of Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School, pointed out in her sharing speech that the teaching and practical training for residents will help them to improve their quality of life, enhance their personal skills and expand their employment and entrepreneurship. “Changing course, transforming education” has integrated vocational education, community education and education for the middle-aged and the elderly in an organic and complementary way to form a trinity of innovative development models. Let the achievements of economic and social development benefit the middle-aged and elderly groups to a greater extent, actively cope with the aging population, build a policy system and social environment for old age, filial piety and respect for the elderly, and be fully prepared to contribute to the construction of a learning city with Wuhan's regional characteristics.

Song Xiaoju, chief of Vocational Education Section of Wuhan Hongshan District Education Bureau, congratulated the successful completion of the Community and Vocational School Cooperation training program. She thanked Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School for its great support in this activity. Its refined and practical management team, dedicated teachers, and the well-equipped training base have provided a strong human, financial and material security for this activity. She hoped that the community and schools would continue to cooperate in depth, actively explore and develop more high-quality educational resources to meet residents’ needs for a better life.
这次培训，既是武汉市在推进学习型城市建设、终身教育过程中整合资源拓展社区教育培训的尝试，也是中职学校实现职业教育增值赋能的探索，我们将在2022年国际教育日上以视频的形式向全球宣传展示属于我们自己的社校共建学习品牌。
This training is not only Wuhan's attempt to integrate resources to expand community education and training in the process of promoting the construction of learning city and lifelong education, but also the exploration of secondary vocational schools to achieve value-added vocational education and empowerment. We will publicize and show our own brand of cooperation between community and school to the world in the form of video on the International Day of Education in 2022.

All the residents enjoyed the wonderful T-stage show performed by the students of makeup class while tasting the exquisite cakes made by the students of bakery class.The sharing activity came to an end with the wonderful music, dynamic rhythm and elegant fashion show. However, the end of each activity means a better start for the next one. Thanks for meeting and thanks for the trust. The future is promising, and let’s keep on moving.
